1. Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept paypal and  all major credit and debit cards, including (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal) All transactions are securely processed and encrypted.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at contact@comanchecreekaquatics.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel or change it.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes, absolutely! Our store is SSL-encrypted, meaning your payment and personal information are 100% secure. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery time consists of two parts:

  • Handling/Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, standard delivery takes about 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our “Track Order” page or the shipping carrier’s website to monitor your package.

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States 

3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: To start a return, please email our support team at  contact@comanchecreekaquatics.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

Q: Who pays for the return shipping costs?

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5 to 10  business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
